Specialist BMW systems

We have invested in the latest BMW computer equipment, directly linked to BMW in Germany, Munich. Our systems ( ISTA 4 and ISTA P) are updated every quarter through the BMW server to ensure we are kept as up to date as a main dealer.

These servers allow us to fault diagnose within your vehicle and programme the relevant control units. It also allows us to update your electronic service history via the key reader, which is also logged on the main server at Munich. The computer system gives us access to detailed wiring diagrams to ensure a first time fix on your vehicle as it shows a true path for diagnosis and removes any guess work.

It is important to note that any work undertaken using our equipment does not invalidate any warranty claims or jeopardise any future warranty work on your vehicle. As we are directly linked to BWM, the work we do is logged on the servers in Germany and can be recalled at any time should you need it.

Four wheel laser alignment geometry equipment

We have the facilities to track your wheels so that you don’t suffer with uneven tyre wear and to make sure that your vehicle heads in the right direction. It is important to maintain the quality of your tyres, as this will save you costly replacements in the future.

MOT equipment

We have the latest up to date MOT equipment from DVSA to ensure that your MOT is carried out to government guidelines and that it meets road safety and environmental standards.
